None of the Indian website gives credible nutritional information. a few of them does but that to only half info..most of them miss out on half of the vital nutrients like sodium, fibre, carbohydrates etc..and since half of the urban Indian population has either diabetes or hypertension or both, it really will help the user select recipes. And also i assume that most of the people visiting the site are health conscious, gives a better edge to the site. thanks! (& since i am a qualified nutritionist..i may help. not pitching for any work opportunity in here...just sharing)

My favourite show in ndtv good times is chak le india which explores different cooking styles and recipes through out the india.i would like to suggest is just display the name of the recipe which aditya bal is checking out in streets and small hotels where he finds native food of particular place.

hey this is for joye mathew....didnt jnw how to write to you...i remebr one of yur episode where you made roated chicken chorizo nd veges...dunt remebr the name exactly...nd you said you dont find chorizo here!!
but it is very much available in india.....at goa...anywhr at goa...one of the favourite stuff there is the chorizo(pork) known as cheyris!!
