change in voice mixing

I am just watching Aditya Bal's show " ----Kachcha Rasta" with the volume in MUTE. Can a person watch a show in English and Hindi at the same time?
I think NDTV expects that of the viewers.Aditya's voice in English is over powered by the Hindi voice.Please do something.
